End User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective Date: April 25, 2026
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs access to and use of the software application, internal tools, and related integrations operated by Sweet Carolina Financial Services (“we,” “our,” or “us”) in connection with bookkeeping, financial reporting, workflow automation, and related business services (the “Application”).
By accessing or using the Application, you agree to this Agreement.
1. License
Subject to this Agreement, Sweet Carolina Financial Services grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Application solely for lawful business purposes connected to the services we provide.
2. Ownership
The Application, including its software, workflows, structure, content, and related materials, is owned by Sweet Carolina Financial Services or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
• copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell the Application except as expressly authorized
• reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from the Application except as permitted by law
• use the Application for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
• maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• ensuring you have appropriate authorization to connect or use third-party services
• reviewing and approving any important accounting, tax, or financial decisions before relying on outputs from the Application
5. No Professional or Legal Guarantee
The Application is intended to support operational and bookkeeping workflows. It does not replace professional judgment, licensed accounting advice, legal advice, or tax advice. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs and obtaining professional guidance where appropriate.
6. Third-Party Services
The Application may connect with third-party platforms, including accounting and financial software providers. Use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, policies, and availability.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sweet Carolina Financial Services does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sweet Carolina Financial Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Application. Total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the relevant services giving rise to the claim, if applicable.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time, with or without notice, if we believe the Application is being used in violation of this Agreement or in a way that creates risk to our business, systems, or clients.
10. Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
